Fluid Resonance
Opening to Divine Love
Women’s Yoga and Meditation Retreats

September 23-29  – Autumn Retreat

Rolling Meadows Retreat
Brooks, Maine

In Fluid Resonance Women’s Yoga Retreats, we open ourself to directly experience our Divine Nature, blending yoga asana, meditative movement, pranayama, meditation, and self-inquiry. This embodied approach to our spiritual life, allows us to turn within, inquire into heart centered connectedness while shining light upon our self protective patterns.  Integrating all aspects of our experience, and awakening our senses as portals to the Divine, we recall how to sense, listen, and trust our body while regaining confidence in the unique way we access our deepest knowing, and what truly matters and sustains us in our lives.

The retreats, immersed in the beauty, and simplicity of the natural world, are for any woman, wanting a focused, silent environment for spiritual deepening and who is interested in dropping beneath the conceptual mind, opening herself to the wisdom of the body, and to the direct experience of awakened Awareness.

This retreat is an opportunity to leave all daily responsibilities and pre-occupations behind. Everyone is asked to stay off computers and phones to allow for an undistracted experience and deeper connection with yourself. This also enhances  everyone’s experience. The combined intention of unplugging from technology in retreat is essential for the focused work of looking within. An emergency contact number will be provided to give to loved ones.

All are welcome as well as Yoga teachers interested in expanding their practice and teaching. Please bring a journal.

“Devotion is the Divine streaming through you from that place in you before time. Love’s energy flows through your body, and into eternity again. Surrender to this current of devotion and become one with the Body of Love.”   Vignana Bhairava
