Warm Weather Winter Yoga Retreats
Surya and Patricia travel each winter to teach yoga retreats in the warmth and beauty of the Caribbean and on Lake Atilan in the highlands of Guatemala. The retreats are held in Tulum, Mexico and Lake Atilan, Guatemala in quiet, natural settings which support the depth and stillness that emerges from a week of practice and relaxation in the warmth by the water.
