Mexico Yoga Retreat
Mayan Riviera, Mexico
w/ Patricia & Surya

The Mexico Yoga and Meditation Retreat will not be held in 2015 as Patricia and Surya will be teaching in India (read more) and Costa Rica (read more) during the time this retreat is normally held.

Explore a unique, subtle and exploratory approach to yoga and the inner stillness of meditation  with Patricia and Surya, who bring over 30 years of experience to their teaching.

Awaken each day in  an elegant villa steps from the sea, imbued with the air of the sacred. Practice in a light filled, spacious, ocean air filled space and sleep each night revitalized, renewed, relaxed and re-connected to yourself and to what truly matters in your life.

The retreat offers four sessions daily- morning and evening meditation and a morning and late afternoon asana session focusing on turning inward at the year’s turning amidst the warmth and ocean filled air of the Mayan Riviera.
