Registering for a Program
The fee for each program at Rolling Meadows Retreat is stated in the Calendar Page next to each event. The fee covers all meals, lodging, yoga & meditation sessions and interviews with the teachers. Participants will have either single, double or triple accommodations, which are assigned upon registration as requested on a "first come" basis. The fee is the same for either type of accommodation.
To register for retreats in Maine please first contact us by e-mail or phone to ensure there is space in the program. If space is available, you may register by paying a non-refundable deposit of $150 by check or credit card using PayPal. The balance is due 45 days before that retreat is schedule to begin. Checks may be mailed to the address below.
Payment by is simple and secure. To use PayPal click on here. You do not have to be a member of PayPal or have a bank account connected to PayPal to use to use this method of payment. There is no requirement of a transfer of money to PayPal. You may simply use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover cards when paying with PayPal. First determine that space is available and then click on the above orange colored "here" button. You will be taken to a page on PayPal designated to Rolling Meadows Retreat. Enter the appropriate amount and follow the steps indicated. You will have the opportunity to indicate the retreat you are registering for and provide your contact information as you complete the PayPay process.
You also may pay with Mastercard and Visa by calling Rolling Meadows with your card number, expiration date, three digit security code (on the back of the card) and your billing address.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon receipt of the deposit.

You may register for these retreats by paying the fee by check, or as mentioned above after determining there is space available.

Once we receive your deposit or final payment, we will e-mail or send a confirmation letter.
Deposits and balances paid are non-refundable
We serve a variety of healthy vegetarian meals. We ask you to let us know if you have any food allergies that we need to be aware of or special dietary needs. Please let us know at least two weeks in advance of your stay.
We have blankets, mats and sitting cushions so no need to bring them.
Linens are provided.
Layered relaxed clothing for yoga and meditation.
Warm outdoor clothing and/or rain gear for walking.
Meditation shawl or blanket.
Personal toiletries.
A watch or clock.
A bathrobe to wear to and from the sauna or to bathrooms and "slippers."
A journal if you would like.
In Winter: cross-country skis or snowshoes.
In Summer: sun block, a hat, bathing suit.
All seasons : good walking shoes or boots.
Summer 60's to mid-80's with cooler nights - walking sandals, light jacket, light sweater or sweatshirt for cooler nights.
Fall and Spring 20's to 50's - mid-weight jacket, hat, gloves, waterproof boots.
Winter 0 to low 30's - very warm jacket, hat, gloves, warm boots.
We request that guests do not bring cell phones, personal computers, pets, alcohol, non-prescription drugs, or wear scented body products, as we want to provide a fragrance-free environment for all. Smoking is not permitted at the Center, or on the grounds.
