“And now here is my secret, a very simple secret.  It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; that which is essential is invisible to the eye.

”The Little Prince, by Antoine de Saint- Exupery
“There are many paths to enlightenment. Be sure to take one with a heart.” ~Lao Tzu

Through the practices of yoga asana, yin yoga, pranayama, yoga nidra, restorative poses, self-inquiry, meditation, silence and free time in the natural world we will explore and discover for ourselves what spiritual traditions thru the ages have encouraged us to follow:  the wisdom of an open heart that guides us to live as the ever-present unity and love that we always are beyond our conditioned patterns of thought.

“Bright but hidden, the Self dwells in the heart.

Everything that moves, breathes, opens, and closes
Lives in the Self.
She is the source of love
And may be known through love but not through thought.
She is the goal of life. Attain this goal!”
Mundaka Upanishad  (112, 113)

“It is in the sanctuary of nature’s silent places, with mindful attention, that the true liberation of the heart can be obtained.”  Buddha
