Yoga and meditation expand our awareness, offering a way to entrust ourselves with greater confidence and clarity to a deeper intelligence from which to relate with all of life.
With the support of the practices of yoga asana, yin yoga, meditative movement, pranayama, restorative poses, self-inquiry, meditation and silence we will explore ways of opening to each moment, approaching our practice and our life with freshness while sensing freedom from habitual reactions and patterns of bodily holding, thought and behavior.
Silent retreat offers a unique opportunity to become familiar with the stillness and ease that is always present, allowing us to embrace life with greater wisdom, joy and compassion.

This three night retreat begins with evening meal at 6pm Friday, October 6th and ends at about mid-morning on Monday, October 9th after a late breakfast.
